i have a sam4s er 5215 register with an integrated datacap for credit card processing. the other day i tried to batch out and i get no response from the datacap modem. it freezes up and nothing happens. even when i try to swipe credit cards, nothing happens. what could be the problem?
Well that could be any number of things. Of course you could try power off wait a few minutes and turn back on and try again. Your dealer should be able to help you. If you were our customer using MPS and a Datacap the support is always free during business hours
